Mercury training is our back to basics beginning level for people that haven't worked out in awhile and want to get back into the mix. We spend more time with static & dynamic stretching, flexibility, and doing the exercises properly to help transition you quickly and safely.  We also introduce you to building strength and improving your current level of conditioning.

In Mercury training, you can expect on average between a 300-450 calorie burn. Calorie Burn Range (CBR) variables include intensity, exercises, and duration.
