We do not teach the techniques of your specific sport, rather we leave this up to your coach. It is our mission to get you in the best possible shape for your coach so s/he can focus on your techniques to make you the best you can be!

BTA focuses on the three basic pillars of FLEXIBILITYSTRENGTH, and CONDITIONING  to prepare and teach athletes how to achieve and maintain their optimal condition so that they can leverage technical direction to its fullest. 

In other words, by being in the best possible shape upon entering any organized sports competition, you will be able to leverage the techniques being taught to you to reach new levels of performance.
