Our Titan program is designed for people who really want to kick butt. Titan is for those individuals that want the ultimate experience in utilizing unlimited sessions to reach new levels of fitness.

Titan is not so much about doing different things as it is about stepping up the frequency of what you're already doing. Essentially,  Titan is Atlas class performed at least six days a week instead of three.
You can expect less time with stretching and flexibility and more time with a wide range of exercises designed to work your muscle groups.  We continue to expand on building strength and improving your current level of conditioning.

In Titan training you can expect on average greater than 751+ calorie burn. Calorie Burn Range (CBR) variables include intensity, exercises, and duration.
