At the core of our training program is Atlas. Atlas is designed to help get you in tip top shape and also keep you there. It is our Advanced and Maintenance offering.

We spend time with stretching, flexibility, and introduce you a wide range of exercises designed to work all of your muscle groups.  We expand on building strength and improving your current level of conditioning.

In Atlas training, you can expect on average between a 500-750 calorie burn. Calorie Burn Range (CBR) variables include intensity, exercises, and duration.
